The DENK DREI office buildings along Trabrennstrasse consist of 3 units with buildings B & C, 8 and 9 storeys respectively, being linked together over three storeys (1st – 3rd floors), and building A, with its 6 storeys, standing alone and distinctive on the central square.

All 3 buildings are constructed above a communal garage.

Buildings B and C accommodate spacious terraces on the 4th floor and offer users quality additional open space. Building B also has balconies facing the central square on every floor.

The buildings, with their ground floor uses, significantly contribute to the infrastructure and vibrancy of the district.
